It was during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic that Ling Ling first realized her uncanny ability to produce a track in record time. 8 hours later, she created her very first song from scratch at the piano to her computer. Powered by confusion and a sense of loss but sunny weather was approaching therefore it was only appropriate to make a song with Summer vibes.

The dream to open up an e-commerce was realized as she woke up one day and thought, ‘Why not do it? Let’s just execute and implement a business plan with a stellar marketing strategy.’ Then came the sleepless, insomniac nights in her tiny shoebox New York apartment. After a long day of classes and practice sessions, Ling Ling would put her jack of all trade skillsets to the test.

Exploring the digital marketing realm, Ling Ling joined the Seed and Angel backed Music Traveler team which began a journey full of KPI’s, data analytics, SEO/SEM, ad campaigns, brand awareness and plenty of tears with a side of hustling day in day out. Amidst the COVID-19 disaster, she decided to quit and explore other avenues. She will sorely miss the team.

It goes without saying, being able to manage her own father was a given. Award winning and powerhouse Australian fine artist Ji Chen inspires Ling Ling every single day. From his heartbreaking origin story, he has always been and still is a huge role model. Being able to manage, market and sell his oil paintings has been nothing but a privilege.
Social Media Manager
Social Media has always been one of Ling Ling’s side hobbies. From a pastime it became an art. She was always intrigued by behavioral cues thanks to social media and exposing the psychology behind all those dopamine hits, we are after-all very human. She has worked for clients spanning from Aliexpress, Make Music New York to Igudesman and Joo.
